Craig Markham: CEO, Founder and Director
Craig is the founder and CEO of FIT Services and he has been a major force behind the success of Fit Services. Believing there was a gap in the market for a quality, managed and responsive service in commercial cleaning & programmed maintenance, delivered with a strong client focus. Craig has been working in the cleaning & maintenance industry for over 25 years, starting as a hands on cleaner.
As part of his role, Craig is instrumental in developing and delivering on the overall vision of Fit Services, through creating strategic alliances implementing new technology and identifying areas of opportunity that will benefit both the Fit Services brand and our clients building strong relationships on trust.
Scott Lockhart: Head of Operations and Quality Assurance, City North
With over 40 years experience in the hospitality and commercial sector, Scott completely understands the needs of the industry. His strengths in leadership, quality assurance and WHS makes him an excellent head of operations and member of the team. He is also a highly experienced trainer of managers, staff and contractors.
Scott has years of experience in cleaning management services and ensures that client expectations are met, on time and on budget.
James Markham: Head of Operations, City Southeast, Director of Projects and Waste Management
James is the head of Operations in the City Southeast region and leads the additional projects team at Fit Services. James manages waste management services and the additional cleaning services, such as carpet cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, periodical detailing, and programmed maintenance.
James’ leadership, communication skills and work ethic allow him to deliver consistent and high quality work, with guaranteed client satisfaction.
